Ovation Set To Paint Ghana Red

The media mogul and brains behind Ovation Magazine,Chief Dele Momodu will be hosting the Ovation carol and awards in Ghana on Saturday the 14th of December 2013. Ovation usually holds annual Red Carol in Lagos but decided on a new location this year. The December Event has been named the Akwaaba and is expected to be filled with celebrities, style and fun! The venue of the anticipated festive event is the prestigious State House Banquet Hall, Accra, Ghana, on Saturday, This year’s edition will feature iconic awards, music, comedy and fashion from Africa.

CEO of Ovation international, Chief Dele Momodu stated that the decision to hold the carol in Ghana is all part of the quest for global recognition, he also made it known that come next christmas, the event will also be talking place at an entirely new location. A top American Artist is expected to be performing on the night of the event, no name was given making the level of anticipation for the event higher. For those who may not be able to attend the Carol, the entire night will be televised in Nigeria, Ghana and Europe.

The entire ceremony is said to be dedicated to the great memory of accomplished Poet, PROFESSOR KOFI AWOONOR whose life was brutally terminated by terrorists in Nairobi, Kenya.
