‘Teen Wolf’ Recap: Does Stiles Finally Lose His V-Card With Malia

Teen Wolf Stiles Stalia Kiss

On the Feb. 24 episode of ‘Teen Wolf,’ we see Stiles at a psychiatric hospital, we learn more about Malia, we see those two totally make out and it’s crazy sensual, and ‘Teen Wolf’ asks the question: are we ready for Stiles as a werewolf?!

The Feb. 24 episode of Teen Wolf – ”Echo House” — finds us at Eichen House, a psychiatric hospital that Stiles (Dylan O’Brien) has decided to check himself into in order to try and keep everybody safe. I don’t think we need to tell you that this plan will prove to be wildly unsuccessful. However, Stiles does lose his v-card there! Possibly. It’s so hard to tell when Dylan O’Brien insists on keeping his shirt on at all times. For these brilliant insights and more, see below for our recap of “Echo House!”

‘Teen Wolf’ Recap: Everything Hurts And We’re Dying, Or, Stilinski Family Feelings

Hitting us right where it hurts, Papa Stilinski tells Scott (Tyler Posey) that the reason for putting Stiles under psychiatric hold for 72 hours is so that he can head to LA to see a specialist because he “saw an MRI that looked exactly like his [wife's]” and that it scared him. So basically, we enter the episode already ruined.

Eichen House looks no less creepy on the inside than it does the outside. It is a total One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest situation and what makes it worse is a heartbreaking exchange where Papa Stilinski admonishes himself for forgetting to bring Stiles’ pillow and that he’s not going to check Stiles in because he won’t leave him there without a good nights’ rest. This is all awful and terrible.
In other horrifying news, Stiles sees a patient hang himself and an orderly show like, not nearly enough concern.

The nogitsune scuttles across the screen.

‘Teen Wolf’ Recap: But Didn’t Marin Morrell Die, Though? Seriously. She Died, Right?

Over to Deaton (Seth Gilliam), who has been uncharacteristically helpful this season, we learn that the lycan that he injected Stiles with last episode will only keep the nogitsune at bay for a couple of days. Given the last scene, we’re not so sure it’s at bay like, at all.
Then we meet Stiles’ new roommate, Oliver, who sleeps in four-point restraints.
Stiles, on the other hand, didn’t sleep at all, telling his roommate the next morning that he can’t sleep without his pillow. Thanks, Teen Wolf — we definitely needed that.
Stiles, on the hunt for a phone to get his father to get him the hell out of Eichen House, finds Malia (Shelley Hennig)! Remember her? Werecoyote and alleged (through rigorous DNA testing — i.e. Lydia and Allison looking at a picture of her) forgotten daughter of Peter Hale? Yeah, she punches Stiles right in his beautiful, mole-bedecked face.
And then we see MARIN MORRELL (Bianca Lawson) come to help break up the fight!! We’re not being funny: didn’t she die? Seriously, didn’t a javelin go through her chest last season, or something?

‘Teen Wolf’ Recap: Are Derek Hale And Chris Argent Jailbird BFF?

Next we find out what Derek (Tyler Hoechlin) and Chris (J.R. Bourne) are up to. It’s not a lot. They’re both in jail, Chris tells us about berserkers, Derek recites a definition that comes straight from the Encyclopaedia Brittanica Bestiary and we are all aflutter with Derek Hale: Suddenly Knowing Things, and Chris tells Derek that he would feel no remorse in putting down the nogitsune. Hey — remember when Derek was all for killing Jackson (Colton Haynes) and now he wants to save Stiles? Be still, our shipper hearts.
Back at Eichen House, Morrell is leading group, because why not? Malia is surprisingly well-spoken considering that she lived as a coyote from the age of nine years old.
Meanwhile, the nogitsune lurks.
Suddenly, we see Stiles break out with red, veiny lines all over his neck. Morrell takes Stiles aside and tells him that when the marks fade, the nogitsune will return. Then Morrell gives Stiles amphetamines (you know, speed) to keep him awake. Totally normal stuff! I mean, what high school guidance counselor turned mental health counselor doesn’t give teenagers a little speed now and again? Should go great with his Ritalin.
Morrell tells Stiles that she will do all she can to “maintain the balance” which is all well and fine but didn’t she die, though?

‘Teen Wolf’ Recap: In Which A Group Of Teenagers Conspire To Rob An Armored Car

At Allison (Crystal Reed)’s giant apartment, we are joined by Lydia (Holland Roden), Scott, and the Twinsformers (Max and Charlie Carver), where we learn that our intrepid heroes are going to rob an armored car to get at an ancient scroll that has the answer to curing Stiles. Sure! Why not?
Back at Eichen House, Malia and Stiles have a post-punch chat where we learn that she is not happy with Stiles and Scott at all — that she was happier being a coyote with a fur coat to keep her warm. Stiles offers to help her learn how to change back to a coyote with Scott’s help in exchange for stealing keys to the basement to investigate the symbol he saw there in his dreams — because who doesn’t want to go into the basement of a psychiatric hospital?

‘Teen Wolf’ Recap: What’s Going On With The Argents Right Now? Seriously: What’s Up?

Then we see Chris being taken out of jail to have a chat with the mysterious Spanish-speaking woman from the 3B premiere. She calls him “mijo” but that doesn’t necessarily mean he’s her son — but it doesn’t NOT mean that! Jeff Davis has made us paranoid.
Worth noting is that Chris asks her, “where in the code does it say that my wife had to kill herself?” Correct us if we’re wrong here, but didn’t Chris assist in that suicide? We’re just sayin’.
Cut to: fight time! Allison points a crossbow at Kincaid, the bad guy who has the scroll. Kira (Arden Cho) jumps onto his back and is thrown away like a ragdoll, and Kincaid flashes his beta blues at Scott and it’s on!
Scott may be a true alpha, but he’s not really a match for Kincaid, who is enormous. Where is Derek?! As the leader of the Scott McCall Fan Club, we were kind of expecting him to jump in to save the day, but ugh, the twins saved Scott, or whatever. They double-teamed (heh) and beat the crap out of Kincaid.

‘Teen Wolf’ Recap: Is There Anything More Romantic Than The Basement Of A Psychiatric Hospital?

Back at Eichen House in the creepy records basement, Stiles takes Malia’s tiny, cold hands in his big puppy paws and then she swoops in to kiss him. Ok! Sure! Stiles has been kissed four times in the course of Teen Wolf and they have all been sexy assaults on his face by which he has been totally surprised. They kiss again.
Oh my gosh, this gets suuuper sensual, y’all. Is Stiles about to lose the virginity he tried so hard to lose in 3A in the records room of what he calls a “nuthouse?”
Stiles, suddenly feeling way less urgency to find the answer to his problems than he was about five minutes ago, cuddles with Malia on a dusty couch. Young love!
Then they bust into the wall where the symbol is, Stiles gets Tasered by Oliver who appears out of nowhere because of course, and Oliver tells Stiles that he’s “gonna let the evil spirits out” and sets a power drill a-buzzin’, aiming for skulls.
Stiles implores the nogitsune to let Malia go, to which the nogitsune simply replies to “let [him] in.” Stiles resists, but it’s futile: he lets the nogitsune in and the drilling stops just as Oliver is about to drill into Malia’s head. Yikes.

‘Teen Wolf’ Recap: Whoa, Hold Up: Is Stiles Going To Get The Bite?

Back to Deaton, the stolen scroll reads that “one method of expelling a nogitsune is to change the body of the host,” which brings us to how we change Stiles’ body –”by changing him into a werewolf,” Scott says. Ah! Werewolf Stiles!
Malia leaves Eichen House, presumably to look for Scott McCall so that she can go to the Center For Werecoyotes Who Can’t Change Good And Who Want To Learn How To Do Other Stuff Good, Too. But she looked totally evil as she skipped out of Eichen House (also: who let her out?), as she smiled and flashed some blue eyes. That means she killed an innocent, you guys!! Is Malia totally evil? Or was it an accident, like in Derek’s case? We’re going for evil, because we all know that Derek can’t have nice things like a non-insane family member.
What did you think of “Echo House,” HollywoodLifers? Would you love to see Stiles as a werewolf? Are you into Stalia? (Miles? No. That’s worse.) Is Malia evil? Did you also notice a dire lack of Derek Hale and Scott McCall in this episode? Did you care that Peter Hale (Ian Bohen) was not in it at all? Be sure to vote and comment with all your thoughts below!

Miley Cyrus Releases Sexy New Song With Buddy — Hear ‘Smoke Signals’

Miley Cyrus New Song

Courtesy of Instagram

Miley Cyrus teamed up with Pharrell Williams’ protege, Buddy, to sing the super sexy new track ‘Smoke Signals.’ Listen to the just-released song right here!

Miley Cyrus totally makes this song! Even though the controversial artist is simply singing the hook on Buddy‘s hot new record, her sweet, airy vocals really steal the show. We just can’t wait to see what she does in the video!

Miley Cyrus In New Song — Twerker Featured In Buddy’s ‘Smoke Signals’

We never thought we’d hear the scandalous “Wrecking Ball” artist singing backup but it turns out even Miley needs a break from the spotlight now and then!

Miley lends her vocals to the Pharrell Williams-produced track, which bears his signature sexy disco sound. Pharell’s artist Buddy will be releasing his new mixtape, Idle Times, on Feb. 24 — and if the rest of it sounds anything like this track, we’re totally on board with Buddy!
Here are some of the super catchy lyrics:
Ridin’ around with the top down
With a fine dime
And she told me to roll up
Hey
She like ‘yo, let’s go
Let the games begin
What’s the hold up?’
Hey

Miley Cyrus’ Shocking Bondage Video During Bangerz Tour

Meanwhile, Miley is busy embracing her inner Fifty Shades of Grey on her Bangerz tour. The singer pulled out a bunch of wild tricks during her LA show on Feb. 22 at the Staples Center, one of which was a video of herself in bondage gear. Who knew she was into S&M? The shocking video shows Miley with tape on her nipples, a rope around her neck, and what looks to be a gag ball in her mouth — wow!
This new song “Smoke Signals” is totally tame compared to Miley’s Bangerz tour antics — but who knows what she has in store for the video!
HollywoodLifers, do you love Miley and Buddy’s new song as much as we do? Let us know!

Blind Film Critic Hears Oscar Picks

jay forry blind critic 600x350

By ROBERT W. WELKOS
Jay Forry, who bills himself as “America’s premier blind movie critic,” claims to know a great on-screen performance when he hears it.

So, while he’s never actually seen Sandra Bullock perform in the sci-fi thriller Gravity, Forry is picking her to win the Academy Award as best actress.
“She does 90 percent of the movie by herself and she does a good job with it,” Forry told HollywoodNews.
jay forry blind film critic smaller photo 300x400Ironically, Forry noted, he has no idea what Bullock looks like, because he’s been blind as a result of diabetes since he was 27. He’s now 55.
“I wish I did (know) because she is my favorite actress,” Forry remarks. “…She sounds pretty good, I can tell you that. I’m picturing her as a blonde.”
Forry, who is heard regularly on radio stations throughout the U.S. and in syndication in the United Kingdom, has other Oscar picks this year that rely on what he hears, not on what he sees.
They include:
The Wolf of Wall Street as best picture. “That film has come on so strong in the last four or five or six weeks,” Forry says, “that if somebody had picked it (back then) they might have said they were blind or something.”

Leonardo DiCaprio as best actor for The Wolf of Wall Street. “I think this may be Leo’s best performance. He played the perfect character you love to hate and he has an engaging speech which helps in the Oscar race.”
Jared Leto as best supporting actor for Dallas Buyers Club. “When I hear him, he just portrays that part so well. He’s really into the character. He is really someone with AIDS and dying.”
Jennifer Lawrence as best supporting actress for American Hustle. “She played an unpredictable character who may have emotional outbursts in one scene and turn around and be funny in the next.”
Martin Scorsese as best director for The Wolf of Wall Street. “That had to be a tough film to put together. I’m only picking up on the dialogue and sound effects but, just like Gravity, that film has superb sound effects. Of course, I couldn’t see the visual effects, but I heard the music. I really picked up on that.”

How does he do it? How does Jay Forry review movies that he can’t see?
“My hearing is not that great, to be honest,” he says, “but I’m listening…I’m picking stuff up that’s going on while people are watching some special effects and I’m listening to background (sounds). Master and Commander is one of my favorite films. You can just hear it. It takes place in the open sea and you can hear wood cracking and waves hitting against the ship and the winds in the sails. I can hear it right now.”
As his website, www.blindsidereviews.com, explains: “Jay absorbs movies with heightened sensitivity to auditory cues that forewarn disaster or provide background for levity, drama, suspense or romance. As credits roll, typical moviegoers can’t recall soundtracks and other auditory elements carefully woven through films. Jay easily isolates turning points in plot and ties music and sound effects to key scenes.”
Action films are the toughest to review, he notes, since 15 minutes can go by with only fight scenes and no dialogue.
That’s when his wife, Dorothy, or a few friends who regularly drive him to screenings, fill in the details.
“I (just) saw a terrible movie—Pompeii,” he remarks in a telephone interview from Tampa, Fla., where he resides. When people at the screening broke out laughing, Forry asked his wife, ‘“What’s so funny?’ She said, ‘This lady just ran out the door on fire.’” Adds Forry: “That movie is just really lame.”
Forry’s reviews are spiced with self-deprecating humor that often emphasizes his disability.
On his website, he even lists his own unique rating system.
A: So good, blind people like it.
B: I’m glad I could hear it.
C: I had one eye open.
D: I’m glad I couldn’t see it.
E: Blindness was a blessing.

For example, he gives the new George Clooney World War II film Monuments Men a C grade. “I was more interested in my popcorn,” Forry quips in his online review.
That Awkward Moment earns a D grade. “This is what some people might call a date movie but keep in mind that you may be going home by yourself if you stay till the end.”
Ride Along receives a C grade. “Sadly, the script was not good at all and the cast had to be at the top of their game to keep the audience interested and smiling. (I’m guessing they were smiling because I didn’t hear much laughing out loud.).”
In his younger days, before he caught the film criticism bug, Forry had been the foreman of a few steel workers. But facing sightlessness and knowing that a kidney was failing and a transplant was imminent, a doctor told Forry and his wife to prepare for the worst. Forry credits the unwavering love of Dorothy and his son, Tim, for getting him through that period.
“I’m totally blind,” he says. “I can’t see a thing.”
It was a rehabilitation counselor who suggested that Forry look at some other career options by enrolling at Pasco-Hernando Community College near Tampa, now Pasco-Hernando State College.
Forry wrote for the student paper and, as a joke, he suggested one day that he could be the paper’s movie critic. To his surprise, the editor and newspaper staff agreed to let him try.
One of Forry’s big thrills occurred two years ago when he was invited to be a guest on Jimmy Kimmel’s late night talk show. When Forry told Kimmel he probably hadn’t seen a movie that Forry had recently reviewed on his radio program, Kimmel cracked, “Well, neither have you!”
Forry concedes that not everyone is comfortable with his “blind” jokes. “Every once in awhile you—and it’s years in between—I’ll hear something (negative),” Forry says. “But most of the time the blind community absolutely loves it. It’s like that with everybody.”
Years back, Forry recalls, he was on a radio program with Spike Lee discussing the director’s 1999 film, Summer of Sam.

“His film really had a lot of bad language,” Forry says, so he told the director, “The language is so bad I wish I was deaf instead of blind.” Afterward, Forry says people in the studio were laughing out loud and someone cautioned him to be careful if “you get something in the mail and Spike Lee’s name’s on it and it’s ticking.”
Film reviews are only a part-time gig for Forry. He also works for a local chiropractor, calling insurance companies and attorneys when needed.
Forry believes there have been “three or four” other blind movie critics since he’s been reviewing films. “They all review the films after they come out at the theater and don’t review them before they open,” he explains. “…I know one blind guy reviewed films for other blind people. Another guy takes clips of the movie and makes funny comments on them. All of them are interesting in their own way. I have been reviewing films since 1993 and, as far as I know, (I’m) the first, which gives me the title of the premier blind movie critic.”

He is also a member of the Broadcast Film Critics Assn.
He usually reviews one or two movies a week, but during the summer blockbuster and the fall/winter awards seasons, he may review three or four movie a week. In all, he estimates that he reviews 100 to 150 movies a year.

While Sandra Bullock is his favorite actress, Forry notes that Tom Hanks is his favorite actor. In fact, he remembers seeing Hanks on the ‘80s sitcom Bosom Buddies.
“I’m sure he doesn’t look anything like that today,” Forry says.
Another favorite of his is actress Amy Adams. “She just sounds so sweet. I just love her. There’s something about her voice.”

Forry says his favorite movie is The Sixth Sense.
“The reason I liked it is because it was kind of a whodunit,” he says. “I don’t like to see movies a second time but that’s one of the movies that caught me off guard to the very end. I didn’t figure that out and I’m so good at that. Usually, half-way through a movie I know what’s happening.”
His worst film?
“Battlefield Earth. The John Travolta movie. The dialogue was just comical and it wasn’t supposed to be. The story was just laughable. There’s not one good thing in that movie….”

Are you listening, Hollywood?

Oscars: Get to know the Best Actor race

17th Annual Hollywood Film Awards - Press Room

Best Actor

Nominees: Christian Bale for American Hustle, Bruce Dern for Nebraska, Leonardo DiCaprio for The Wolf of Wall Street, Chiwetel Ejiofor for 12 Years a Slave, and Matthew McConaughey for Dallas Buyers Club
Notable precursor wins: Dern wins National Board of Review Award, DiCaprio wins Golden Globe Award (Comedy), Ejiofor wins BAFTA Award, and McConaughey wins Broadcast Film Critics Association, Golden Globe (Drama), and Screen Actors Guild Awards
Current frontrunner: Matthew McConaughey
Next in line: Chiwetel Ejiofor
Dark horse: Bruce Dern
Time for the next version of my “Get to know” series, as we turn our attention now to the Best Actor race. As you can see above, the gentlemen making up this category are Christian Bale for American Hustle, Bruce Dern for Nebraska, Leonardo DiCaprio for The Wolf of Wall Street, Chiwetel Ejiofor for 12 Years a Slave, and Matthew McConaughey for Dallas Buyers Club. This was a wide open and highly competitive race for most of the season, though lately the tide has greatly turned in McConaughey’s favor. Right now, he’s the odds on favorite to win the Oscar.
Basically, once the crowded field competing to be nominated was whittled down to these five, things clarified a bit. Bale was just happy to be nominated, while the other four shuffled back and forth a bit. Then, the major precursors really rallied around McConaughey, resulting in his current frontrunner status. Dern hasn’t had a win in a while that gives him much of a shot, while DiCaprio and Ejiofor have some, but not nearly on the level of McConaughey.
Now, with the Academy Awards just days away, McConaughey is the smart bet for Best Actor. If there’s going to be an upset, it’s going to be from Ejiofor. A Dern or DiCaprio win would be shocking at this point. Still, Ejiofor is pretty far behind McConaughey, so look for him to pick up a statue on Sunday evening. Anything could happen, but things seem pretty cut and dried now to me…
Stay tuned for the rest of the acting categories this week, with Best Actress up next!

The actress and mother of one just released these photos which she shared on her Facebook page. See more pics after the cut....

Robin Thicke and Paula Patton separate after 20 years together

I'm truly surprised by this. I mean, there have been reports and photos of the singer messing around with other women but I thought Paula was cool with it. The couple, who have been together for over 20 years and married for nine, announced their separation today to People magazine
'We will always love each other and be best friends, however, we have mutually decided to separate at this time,' they told People in a joint statement.
The 38 year old actress and Robin, 36, began dating when she was 18 and he was 16. They have a 3 year old son, Julian. Just recently Robin said of their relationship, "We're pretty sure we've loved each other for a few lives.". Anyone surprised by this separation? Kinda feel bad for them...

‘KUWTK’: Kris & Bruce Jenner Battle Over Kendall Jenner Moving Out

Kris Jenner Bruce Jenner Fight
Splashnews

Kendall’s movin’ out! The reality starlet and up-and-coming model announces on the Feb. 23 episode of ‘KUWTK’ that she wants to move out of mom Kris Jenner’s house and into her own place — but unfortunately her decision ignites a bitter battle between Kris and Bruce Jenner!

Kendall Jenner reveals on the Feb. 23 episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians that she wants to move out of Kris Jenners home the second she turns 18. Poor Kris is so upset about the thought of losing her little girl, but Bruce Jenner, on the other hand, is eager for Kendall to move to Malibu so she can live near him. This means war!

Kris Jenner & Bruce Jenner Fight About Kendall Jenner Moving Out On ‘KUWTK’

Kendall declares to her family that she wants to become a little more independent once she turns 18, and she plans to start by moving into a place of her very own.

Kris, who still thinks of Kendall as her little girl, is shocked by her daughter’s sudden decision to leave her family home. “I just want to push it as far away as I can,” she says of Kendall’s move date. Unfortunately for Kris, Kendall is so determined to make the move that she’s already looking at houses in the latest episode of KUWTK!
Bruce is a little more supportive of Kendall’s choice and he even goes house hunting with her and tries to convince her to move to Malibu so they can be neighbors. Obviously Kris is completely livid with Bruce for encouraging Kendall. She tries to get him to ease off but this is one time Bruce is not backing down!

Bruce & Kris Argue About Kendall On A Roller Coaster

Bruce and Kris’ conflicting viewpoints about Kendall moving out come to a head when the family goes to Six Flags to celebrate Kendall’s 18th birthday. Kris and Bruce take their argument onto a roller coaster — because what better place to talk about a serious family matter? Once they’re strapped into their seats, Kris tells Bruce, “I’m upset because you keep taking Kendall’s side and allowing her, like, to move out and she’s 18 years old.”
Bruce argues that Kendall is a lot more mature than Kim Kardashian was when she moved out of the house. “Honestly, I think it would be good for her,” Bruce says, listing off a few reasons why Kendall should live on her own. But Kris just tunes him out!
“I can’t believe she [Kris] is mad that I am encouraging Kendall to move out,” Bruce says in his confessional. “I moved out of the house when I was 18 and I never came back — kids do this.”
What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers,? Should Kendall move out of Kris’ house? Should she move to Malibu to be near Bruce? Let us know!

Dale Earnhardt Jr. Wins The 2014 Daytona 500

After an extended rain delay, the Daytona 500 revved up in primetime on Feb. 23. And after 200 exciting laps, Dale Earnhardt Jr. held on to his lead to take the checkered flag.

It’s one of the NASCAR races that matters more to the drivers than others, so on Feb. 23 the biggest names in the sport were all gunning for a win at the Daytona 500. And though it took all day because of a six-hour rain delay, when all was said and done, Dale Earnhardt Jr. took the checkered flag!

Dale Earnhardt Jr. Wins Daytona 500

Earnhardt Jr. was able to stay focused on the slightly dampened Daytona track, and he was able to fight off all challengers to win. But it wasn’t exactly a cakewalk.

Earnhardt Jr. led for a majority of the race, but he was frequently challenged by heavy-hitters like Jimmie JohnsonJeff Gordon, and Brad Keselowski. The win is Earnhardt Jr.’s first Daytona 500 win since 2004, and it must feel sweet after he finished second in three of the last four races at Daytona.
The 2014 race had an added sense of urgency to the race, because if rain caused another delay after the 100-lap mark, NASCAR would have been forced to call the race and declare a winner based on who was in the lead. So many drivers were racing aggressively and making their runs much earlier in the race than usual, and the six caution flags were an indication of that.
Thankfully though they were able to sneak in all 200 laps in the Daytona 500 before another rainstorm rolled in.

Daytona 500 Favorites

Earnhardt Jr. wasn’t the favorite heading into the race. Youngster Austin Dillon, racing with Dale Earnhardt‘s fable #3 car, earned the best qualifying time to earn pole position. But even that advantage — and a little karma from a legend — weren’t enough to take down the legend’s son.
Denny Hamlin was also eyeing a sweep at Daytona. Denny was the 13th driver in NASCAR history to go into the Daytona 500 — the end of Speedweek — with a chance to go 3-for-3 during the week. He won the 150-mile qualifying race on Feb. 20 and the Sprint Unlimited bonus race on Feb. 15, but he just couldn’t get that third win at the Daytona 500. He now joins racing legends like Dale Earnhardt and Tony Stewart — drivers who failed to sweep Speedweek.
Put simply, no one was good enough to beat Earnhardt Jr. So HollywoodLifers, were you rooting for Dale Jr.? Let us know!

Oscar Pistorius was looking at porn websites on his phone the night Reeva died

It's been revealed that Oscar Pistorius was watching pornography on his mobile phone the night he shot and killed his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp. Local media reports that based on the court papers that leaked from the investigation, data from his phone showed that the murder suspect visited the porn sites on his phone while Reeva was at his home. Prosecutors wonder why a man who claims 'he was spending quality time with his girlfriend on Valentine's Day' would be on several porn sites while she's with him. This action they say is in direct contrast of his claim. The phone was recovered after his arrest. (Oscar still has fans. Pictured above with some of them recently in Johannesburg)

Kim Kardashian Gets Laser Treatment To Remove Stretch Marks On Breasts

FameFlyNet

Kim goes to the plastic surgeon on the Feb. 23 episode of ‘KUWTK’ and tells him that she hates the stretch marks on her boobs! Do you think she’s wrong to to get laser?

Kim Kardashian is not satisfied with herself and it’s a little alarming because she’s so beautiful! On Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim reveals she’s not happy with her breasts or her hands!

Kim Kardashian Lasers Her Breasts On ‘KUWTK’

Kim and Jonathan Cheban go to a plastic surgeon named Dr. Simon Ourian and Kim tells the doctor: “I’m like obsessed with my hands. I think they look really wrinkly. Is there anything to tighten them?”
Can you believe she actually wants to make her hands look longer?!
Then she tells the doctor that she also wants to laser off a scar on her toe. He says no problem, and then says the laser also works for stretch marks. This sets off a new idea for Kim and she decides it’s a great idea to laser her boobs!
Kim changes into a gown and the doctor brings in all these lasers and he removes her toe scar. Then they also used the laser all over her massive breasts! Kim has stretch marks after having given birth and breast feeding. We totally understand she wanted to get rid of them but should she have left them because that’s the natural thing to do?

In 2012, she was admitted to a Sydney hospital after a suicide attempt following an ongoing tirade of abuse on Twitter.
She later made fighting bullying her personal mission, waging an anti-bullying media campaign on television and radio and in newspapers and magazines as well as her beloved Twitter.
Her efforts and high public profile on the issue were recognised by the National Rugby League, a major Australian football association, which last year made her an anti-bullying ambassador.
Dawson revealed in her 2012 autobiography 'Air Kiss & Tell' that she was frequently visited by the 'depression bogeyman'.
She had long graced the pages of women's gossip magazines and scenes in reality TV shows. Her modeling career had taken her to Italy, Britain and Germany during the 1980s. New Zealand Prime Minister John Key tweeted he was 'shocked and saddened' by the news of her death.
The Sun-Herald newspaper in Sydney reported Sunday that her body was found only minutes before her luxury waterside apartment was due to be sold at auction.

Sanusi reacts to his suspension, says he will challenge it in court

In an interview with CNBC Africa this morning, Sansui Lamido Sanusi, who currently in Niger Republic attending an official ECOWAS event, says he will challenge his suspension.

Sanusi tells CNBC Africa
"I have been told by my office that a letter was received. As you know, I flew in this morning to Niamey along with other Governors of West African Central Banks to meet with the President of Niger and President of Ghana. Fortunately, I came in with my VP Sarah Alade whom I have been asked to hand over to. I have left the meeting to hand over to her. I have just met the Nigerian Ambassador to Niger who confirmed to me that the President asked him to inform me of the decision.
About financial misconduct and recklessness he's being accused of...
"I don’t know what they are talking about. When I come back, I will see what those allegations are. I don’t think there is any issue raised that has not been raised before. We all know what this is about. This is about consequences for decisions I have taken. This is something that is long overdue. I am surprised it took them so long.
When asked whether his suspension is politically motivated, he said
I think the answer to that is obvious. There is a legal question of whether the president has the authority to suspend the Governor and whether suspension is not removal. It will be helpful to establish the principles by court.
Even if I challenge it, I will not go back to the job. Even if I challenge it successfully, I will not go back to it. I think it will be in the interest of the institution for the courts to establish once and for all if the president has the powers to do this. If it is not challenged, the next Central Bank Governor cannot be independent with fear of being suspended by a politician. I do plan to have the courts confirm if indeed that authority exists and I will challenge it.

Nollywood actress cum entrepreneur Monalisa Chinda doesn't really need introduction any longer, since she broke out with her major movie ‘Pregnant Virgin’, which she did in 1996. She have since starred in many other movies after that and now have a luxury magazine to herself, in a recent interview, she talks about her relationship with Lanre Nzeribe whom she said is only a friend to her.

Talking about herself “I am the firstborn in a family of two sons and four daughters. I was brought up in a very lovely family. My late father was a great man and my mother is a very prayerful woman. She instilled sound values in us. I’m also blessed with siblings who are doing great in their respective fields, but none of them is into acting.

Monalisa has a lot of plans for 2014 “There is so much more to Monalisa than meets the eye. There is actually more to everyone than anyone could ever know because we all have what it takes to exceed our wildest dreams. We only limit ourselves in our minds.

She admits she doesn't dwell in bad press “There is no career without its flaws and there is no claiming a prize without paying a price. I have had my share of bad press and I’m prepared for what lies ahead on my journey to destiny. Thankfully, I don’t dwell much on regressive thoughts, so there is no need talking about that.

And she denies anything romantic with Lanre “That is a personal decision. Some things are private— they are not meant to be discussed on the pages of newspapers. Lanre Nzeribe is only a friend and I won’t say more than that.

The Year of Costner

JACK RYAN: SHADOW RECRUIT, (aka JACK RYAN: SHADOW ONE), Kevin Costner, 2013. ph: Larry Horricks/Paramount Pictures/courtesy Everett CollectionParamount Pictures via Everett Collection There was a time when Kevin Costner was one of the top actors in Hollywood, as well as an Academy Award winning director. Of course, that was 20 years ago, before his epic debacle Waterworld. It's been so long that it's like saying that there used to be a time when movies weren't in color or didn't have sound.
After years of flying beneath the radar, Costner could have as many as five films released in 2014 (Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit, 3 Days to Kill, Draft Day, McFarland, and Black and White). Five! That's a lot for any actor not named Elizabeth Banks. How did it come about that an actor-director once vilified for his difficult nature and cost overruns is suddenly the hardest working guy in films?
Costner's is a tale of how to best deal with Hollywood adversity and come out mostly okay. After the fiasco that surrounded Waterworld — which comes honestly by its reputation as one of the biggest filmmaking disasters ever — Costner kept on working. Even when the post-apocalyptic The Postman tanked on a grand scale as well, the actor kept going. In fact, since his breakout role as Elliott Ness in Brian De Palma's The Untouchables in 1987, there have only been four calendar years in which Costner hasn't been on the big screen at all. Typically, it's been roles that play upon the everyman characteristics that made him so appealing in earlier films like Field of Dreams.
It's actually the most recent of those missing years, however, that probably explains the actor's current resurgence. While he didn't appear in a feature film in 2012, he did appear on television in the History Channel's well-received miniseries Hatfields & McCoys. His turn as 'Devil' Anse Hatfield won him a Golden Globe and a wave of good publicity.
After playing Superman's Earth father last year in Man of Steel, Costner's new run of roles has him playing everything from a dying Secret Service agent in 3 Days to Kill to sports related characters in Draft Day and McFarland to a man fighting for custody of his granddaughter in Black and White. It's a diverse group, yet each part harkens back to territory that Costner has covered in the past.

Wes Anderson and Richard Linklater among the Berlin Film Festival Award Winners

The Grand Budapest Hotel
A few hours ago over at the Berlin Film Festival, the jury began giving out their annual awards for the fest. All of the prizes have now been given out, so I wanted to point them out to you all quickly. The top prize of the Golden Bear is the beg one of course, but sometimes the Silver Bear winners can be even more interesting. Especially if you already have an eye towards next year’s Oscar hopefuls, that’s certainly the case here.
While the Chinese film noir Black Coal, Thin Ice won the Golden Bear, taking the Silver Bear Grand Jury Prix was Wes Anderson’s much anticipated The Grand Budapest Hotel. The other really notable prize was the Silver Bear for Best Director (basically their Best Director prize and arguably the second biggest award at the fest), which went to Richard Linklater for his ambitious work on the passion project Boyhood. Both Anderson and Linklater will likely have their movies in play for awards consideration throughout the year, especially in the fall when the next precursor season begins again, so keep an eye out about them.
You can see all of the winners below, but Boyhood and The Grand Budapest Hotel are the ones I wanted to make you aware of now, specifically. They both could be Best Picture nominees a year from now, potentially at least, so it’s worth it to take note of them now as opposed to when they first come out in theaters later on in 2014.

“The Lego Movie” repeats as Box Office champ this weekend

Lego Movie 1 600x252
Happy Sunday everyone, time for the weekly box office report! Leading the way this weekend once again was The LEGO Movie, which had a tremendous second week hold, taking in an estimated $48.8 million, again easily taking the top spot. The animated film bested a trio of 80′s movie remakes and an original title in terms of the other new releases. The comedy redo About Last Night opened very strongly for an estimated $28 million, proving that whatever Kevin Hart is in makes a few bucks, while the high profile remake of RoboCop had a middling gross of $21 million. Given the budget, that has to be a bit on the disappointing side. The new incarnation of Endless Love lost a lot of Valentine’s Day viewers to the more well received About Last Night and only made $13.3 million. As for Winter’s Tale, that supposedly un-filmable novel became a largely ignored film, as it only took in $7.7 million. Among the limited release openings, Beijing Love Story did decently well, while no other independent features of that ilk have reported their weekend grosses as of right now.
The LEGO Movie now is surely the start of a franchise, while The Monuments Men overcame less than stellar reviews to open better than expected, especially considering the bad buzz that surrounded the move from Oscar season last year. As for Vampire Academy, plain and simple…no one went to see it.
Among the notable holdovers in theaters besides The LEGO Movie, The Monuments Men finished fourth with another $15 million, while Ride Along finished six with another $8.7 million.
Here’s what the top ten looked like at the box office for this particular weekend:
1. The LEGO Movie – $48,810,000
2. About Last Night – $27,000,000
3. RoboCop – $21,500,000
4. The Monuments Men – $15,000,000
5. Endless Love – $13,380,000
6. Ride Along – $8,759,000
7. Winter’s Tale – $7,785,000
8. Frozen – $5,855,000
9. Lone Survivor – $4,076,000
10. That Awkward Moment – $3,337,000
